  • Will I have an access to the What's App with a new eSIM card?

    Yes, you will have an access to the chats and contacts.

    When you add a new eSIM plan, you have an option to keep your original number, which is associated to your What's App's account, without losing your data (messages, photos, videos from your chats, contacts, etc.).

  • Do MEO eSIM cards require PIN code?
    MEO cards do not require the entry of the PIN code to unlock them. However, we do provide them as well.
  • Can I move my eSIM to another mobile phone or install it again in case the data plan is deleted by mistake?

    The MEO eSIM can be re-installed several times on the same mobile device.

    Moving the MEO eSIM to another mobile phone is not permitted.

  • When and how do I get my eSIM?

    You will get your eSIM from us, immediately after the payment, via email. The information will include your order ID, mobile number, PIN and PUK. Note that the mobile number is needed only in case of support for identification purposes. The MEO eSIM is not SIM locked and designed to work smoothly without entering any keys or passwords.


  • Does MEO eSIM Enjoy Europe work in whole of Europe?

    No. Enjoy Europe works only in Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain, Greece, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Portugal.

  • How do I see my data consumption?

    You can dial *#123# to see how much you have left. In addition you will get an SMS upon consumption of 80% of your data allowance.

  • Do I need to activate MEO eSIM, Enjoy Portugal or Enjoy Europe?

    The MEO eSIMs are pre-activated and will work from the first minute in the included countries.

    Please note that the 15 days of the data plan will be counted from the first usage.
